Shahid Afridiborn on 1 March 1980 is an Pakistani cricketer. Between 1996 and the 2012 Afridi played 27 Tests or 350 One Day International and 59 Twenty20 Internationals for the Pakistani domestic team. He made his ODI debut with 2 Oct 1996 against Kenya and his Test debut on 22 Oct 1998 against Australia. Afridi has played a lot ODI matches than any other Pakistani cricket player.he's known as his aggressive batting style and the previously held the record for the fastest ODI century in 37 deliveries which he made in his 1st international innings, also for scoring 32 runs in a single over the 3rd highest scoring over ever in an ODI. He also hold the distinctions of the having hit the most number by sixes in the history of ODI cricket. Afridi considers himself abettor bowler than batsman and accepts taken 48 Test wickets and over 350 in ODIs. Currently Afridi are 3rd with the list by leading wicket takers in the Twenty20 format behind Saeed Ajmal and Umer Gul of Pakistan taking 73 wickets from the 70 matches. Shahid Afridi has signed to play for the Sydney Thunder in Australia's Twenty20 Big Bash league. In the June 2009 Afridi took over the Twenty20 captaincy from the Younus Khan and the comprised after appointed ODI captain as the 2010 Asia Cup.
